Pearsall’s Naples Silk is made from Chinese Bombyx raw silk that is scoured and hand-dyed to meet the demands of discriminating fly tiers and rod builders. It is equivalent to a 4/0 thread and allows for fewer winds and more texture while fly tying or rod wrapping, making Naples silk extremely popular with bamboo rod builders.
