After years of tying flies, we developed this recipe based on beeswax, rosin and CDC oil. The wax has a slightly tacky consistency, it does not harden and become unusable in the winter, and it does not soften and become too tacky in the summer either. Our recipe makes the wax to have a beautiful color: yellow honey, and ensures an excellent grip for any kind of thread especially for GSP and Kevlar while working.
